  The ILO is looking for an independent evaluator to conduct the final evaluation of the project Stimulating the creation of decent jobs by improving the integration system for young women and men and the formalization of businesses in Senegal (ADIJEFE). The evaluation will focus on the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and the sustainability of the project. It will focus on activities such as the promotion of decent work for better employability and the integrated, territorialized, participatory and progressive implementation strategy, aimed at sustainably strengthening socio-professional integration mechanisms. youth, promote entrepreneurship and facilitate business formalization. The evaluator will apply a mixed approach, including documentary analyses, stakeholder interviews, focus groups and analysis of monitoring data. The evaluation will allow draw lessons and make recommendations to guide future programming and strengthen accountability and visibility of cooperation development.
