Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work: As part of this mission, the consultant will be responsible for: - Driving a documentary review of policies, standards and curricula relating to the implementation of APC in Senegal; - Identify and analyze, based on three programs representative of the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors, the strengths, shortcomings and constraints of the APC system;- Assess the adequacy between the skills developed in training and the requirements of the labor market;- Collect the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders through interviews and field visits;- Formulate strategic and operational recommendations for improving the system; - Develop an APC evaluation guide integrating an operational roadmap to guide the review of the system at the national level. - Present the results during a national feedback workshopPlease submit your proposal before the deadline indicated.
