Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Designing Tailored Financial Services for Rural Women in Senegal. Over the years, myAgro has served 115,000 farmers across the countries where it operates. However, despite seeing strong uptake of its services amongst women in Mali, this has not been the case in neighboring Senegal, where womens enrollment lags far behind that of men. In response, myAgro is partnering with CGAP to explore how its services might be better tailored to the unique needs of Senegalese women farmers. The selected firm will support CGAP and myAgro as they conduct research in Senegal on rural womens lives and livelihoods. The firm will be expected to leverage research findings to design and prototype potential new and/or improved services and approaches that improve the value proposition for rural women and increase their engagement with myAgro. Depending on the results of the initial design and prototyping work, the work may be extended to include support for pilot testing of 1-2 new and/or improved services and approaches.
