- The services included under this project are as follows: to promote the effective implementation of the FATF standards in the two transitional countries to fight potential money laundering and terrorist financing effectively. Specifically, the objectives of the program are to raise awareness; develop a common understanding among stakeholders and enhance the capacity of participants on ML/TF issues within the real estate sector; sensitize stakeholders on AML/CFT regulatory and supervisory framework for real estate sector; promote reporting, information sharing, cooperation, coordination, and engagement amongst and between relevant competent authorities and real estate dealers on AML/CFT.
