- The services provided for this contract consist of (i) upgrade the financial inclusion module of the multiservice digital platform, ii) support 10 IMF/financial institutions to develop innovative financial services/products and integrate them into the portal Multiservices, iii) Strengthen the capacities of MFIs in digital transformation and the development of digital financial products, IV) Press the start -up and optimal operation of the different multi -service digital portal modules, V) Provide technical support for maintenance and the maintenance of the platform, VI) Press the design and stabilization of the model model of the different modules and the multi -service digital portal, VII) ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the platform.
