Tenders are invited for Maintenance Work on Turboalternators 301 and 303 of the C3 Power Plant at Cap Des Biches T_dpp_177 The qualification requirements are: For each lot: a. Financial capacity i. Have a financial capacity or a line of credit for a minimum amount net of other contractual commitments of at least: • Lot 1: One billion (1,000,000,000) FCFA; • Lot 2: Four hundred million (400,000,000) FCFA. Certificates of financial capacity must be issued by a bank approved by the Senegalese Ministry of Finance and Budget. i. Provide the financial statements for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant or firm approved by ONECCA (National Order of Chartered Accountants and Assimilated Accountants) or similar body; ii.
