• Tenders are invited for Project Management Consultancy Closing Date: 15 Jan 2024 Type: Consultancy Start date: Early January (possibly sooner) About the Role: Project Management Consultancy Join a dynamic team with a fast-paced organization. This is a role for someone willing to put the mission first and do what it takes to help the organization succeed. In this Consultancy role, most of the work will be project based on two week sprints and not focused on longer term organizational changes. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Implement project management frameworks and tools to streamline processes. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between senior management and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team even if they do not directly report to you. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that may impede project progress. Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed. Essential Skills and Qualities: ● Flexibility: Be able to get work done in two week sprints and plan ahead to mitigate risks or changes. ● Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work. ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team building and empowerment. ● Decision Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills. ● Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table.
