1. Conditions required the World Health Organization (WHO) is looking for proposals for purchase of inputs, consumables and orthopedic components. Your organization/company is invited to submit a proposal for the acquisition of the goods listed below in response to this quote request (RFQ). Your offer must comply with the specifications described below. Variations in relation to the initial specifications must be indicated with precision. Please read all the points carefully and comply with it, otherwise your offer could be rejected. 2. Proposition your quote must contain and specify: acceptance of the general conditions of purchase of the WHO (joined); The self-declassions form (joint); Net valid prices for a minimum of [three months] from the date of offer; Delivery time, gross weight and volume; And the unit cost (s), indicating the United Nations Convertible Currency used (preferably the Dollar of the United States [USD]).
