Ladies, gentlemen, as part of the organization of "The finalization workshop for the exercise of" prioritization of food risk and Risk Ranking "which will take place in Dakar (Senegal), the United Nations for the Food and agriculture (FAO) would like to receive your best price offer, on the basis of 50 people for the following services: • Rental of a conference room for 50 pax with all amenities (air conditioning, indoor water, good WiFi connection, sound system with microphones, video projector, projection screen, electrical multi -power and extensions corresponding to the number of participants, flip chart, paper and markers, etc.) and taking into account social distancing from February 12 to 15, 2024. • 1 lunch break per day for 30 people on 12, 13, 14 and 15 February 2024; • 1 Factory break per day for 50 pax (morning) on February 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2024 I would be pleased to send your offer to the offer Later Friday February 09, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
