Description:
As part of the organization of an event scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2025 in Joal, we request your structure to submit a technical and financial offer relating to the following service: object of the service: complete organization of an event, including in particular: • Management of Guests and participants (hotels reservations, reception and installation); • Logistics management (transport of equipment and stored oyster equipment from Dakar to Joal and setting up tarpaulins, chairs and sound system); • Support for participants in this event: Housing (7 people), Transport (20 people) and catering (50 people); • Communication management in collaboration with the FAO-Senegal communication manager: production of communication support (40 t-shirts, 40 caps, 1 banner, 18 scarves, 18 symbolic checks) and management of journalists; • Preparation of a symbolic gift for the attention of the Minister; • provision of the media monitoring of the event (collection of communication elements/media, videos, reporting on activity, papers news); • Make an execution report.
