- The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, hereinafter referred to as UNHCR, hereby invites potential bidders to submit a proposal for the provision of servicing, maintenance and repair of security systems. video surveillance in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference (Annex A) contained in this simplified request for proposal (SRFP). Bidders are required to accept any changes made to the tender documents. All amendments are considered an integral part of the PSRS.
