The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) would like to receive your best offer for the following service as part of the workshop it organizes from May 13 to 15, 2025 in Salyon. Thank you. The accommodation, catering and rental of a roomof seminar: 1. Accommodation: 22 participants from May 12 to 16, 2025 (arrival on 12 and departure on 16)- Standard room + breakfast included;- wifi; 2. Rental conference room respecting social distancing for 3 days (March 13, 15, 15, 2025) that can accommodate eighty (25)Persons with its amenities:- good internet connectivity;- good air conditioning;- a screening screen and a video projector;- a PADEX + PADEX + marker paper table;- Sounding with wireless microphones;- Electric multi-power and extensions corresponding to the number of participants;- indoor water. 3. Restoration:- Lunch for 25 participants (March 13, 14, 15, 2025); 4. Fact break morning and evening: - 25 people (March 13, 14, 15, 2025); Annex1: Detailed description; Annex 2: Table of costs; Annex 3: General conditions of servicesservices.
