DAO017/2026/UNDP/PUDC/FSD/PH2 WORKS OF CONSTRUCTION OF RURAL TRACKS IN THE REGIONS OF THIES, DIOURBEL, FATICK, SAINT LOUIS AND LOUGA 4 LOTS The Government of Senegal and the Saudi Development Fund signed a financing agreement for the implementation of phase II of the PUDC. The Government requested technical assistance from UNDP for the award of contracts for the call tenders DAO017/2026/PNUD/PUDC/FSD/PH2 CONSTRUCTION WORK OF RURAL ROADS IN THE REGIONS OF THIES, DIOURBEL, FATICK, SAINT LOUIS AND LOUGA in Four (4) Lots. The award of contracts, the signing and management of contracts, including all possible claim are within the exclusive competence of the PUDC acting in the name and on behalf of the Government of Senegal. The PUDC will award the contract to: The bidder(s) with the best price offer among the technically qualified offers. qualified/compliant. The UNDP/PUDC reserves the right to relaunch in the event that no offer was technically compliant with the tender documents. A bidder cannot be awarded more than TWO (02) lots.
