The United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) invites any qualified business to meet its needs to submit a hidden proposal for the realization of video capsules of testimonies for the campaign "Education saves lives of O3 this O3 program this Announcement is to provide general information relating to purchasing needs, to the conditions relating to the purchasing process and to indicate to candidates the terms of obtaining submission documents.
