The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Senegal is seeking comments only on the draft concept for its anticipated USAID/Senegal Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Activity. The objective of the YALI Activity is to establish a high-quality, context-specific leadership training that will be managed by a locally-led entity to empower francophone African youth to lead the economic, political, and social development of their countries and the African continent. This USAID/Senegal RFI is issued to offer the opportunity for interested Higher Education Institutions in Senegal to provide information, opinions, and recommendations on approaches for the implementation of the YALI activity and to solicit capability statements.
